All orders are packed and shipped from Victoria, Australia.

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. 

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia & New Zealand) 

Shipped via Australia Post. 

Standard Shipping — $10 

Delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days once dispatched. 

Express Shipping — $15 

Delivery timeframe: 1–4 business days once dispatched. 

Free Shipping 

Free standard shipping for orders over $150 (Australia & New Zealand). 

3. International Shipping 

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard International. 

United States — $49.95 

Delivery timeframe: 7–15 business days once dispatched. 

(Customs processing may cause further delays.) 

Rest of the World — $39.95 

Delivery timeframe: 7–15 business days once dispatched. 

(Customs processing and rural areas may cause further delays.) 

4. Countries We Do NOT Ship To 

Winty’s Wish does not ship to the following destinations: 

Afghanistan, Algeria, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, China, Guatemala, Haiti,

Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe 

If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time. 

5. International Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees 

International customers may be charged taxes, import duties, or customs fees once their order arrives in their country. 

These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. Winty’s Wish does not collect or pay customs fees. 

Please check your local customs guidelines before placing your order. 

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels 

A. Loss or Damage During Transit 

Once your parcel is handed to Australia Post, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

• Winty’s Wish is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit 

• Claims must be lodged directly with Australia Post 

• Keep all packaging and damaged items for claims 

B. Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. 

If a parcel is returned due to: 

• an incorrect or incomplete address, or 

• failure to collect from your local post office 

You will need to pay an additional shipping fee for re-delivery. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

7. Abandoned or Refused Shipments 

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges or fails to collect their parcel, resulting in return or abandonment: 

• No refunds will be issued 

• Additional return or disposal fees may apply 

8. Tracking 

All orders include tracking. 

Tracking updates may take several days, especially for international shipments.
