Returns and Refunds
At Winty’s Wish, we hope you love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist within the conditions below.
General Return Conditions
Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty. Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Faulty Items
If an item appears faulty, please contact us immediately.
We offer refunds for confirmed faulty products and will cover postage both ways.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Faulty claims must be lodged within 3 days of delivery.
Change of Mind and Exchanges
Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Postage for change-of-mind returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are sent within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit only.
